Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite & Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams is essential. Skills should go beyond basic exploration, as advanced features are increasingly used in professional settings.
  • Email & Hardware: Effective use of email (with professional tone) and basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues are expected.
  • Document Management: Understanding how to organize, store, and retrieve documents, including portals and management systems.
Soft Skills
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Training in empathy, collaboration, adaptability, and maintaining professional boundaries is crucial. Professional communication—especially in email and social media etiquette—should be emphasized.
